Naylor has become a leading multi-trade service and construction company because of its investment in the development of its highly trained and multi-faceted tradespeople.

We hire the best skilled people in the industry who are able to solve critical customer facility issues efficiently and effectively.  To enhance their expertise, all technicians receive a minimum of 30 hours of training per year.  Represented by The Employee’s Association of Naylor Group, our technicians are treated fairly and are highly engaged and committed to the organization’s operating principles. Many of our technicians hold licenses in various disciplines allowing them to serve clients in multiple roles.
